Refund policy

Currently, we do not facilitate refunds or return of any purchased product. However, incase you received a product which is damaged, we are gladly willing to replace or exchange the product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To initiate this process, you can contact us at info@badanpesitare.com within 2 days of receipt of the product, along with the image of the defective item. 

 

Exchange 

We offer an exchange of product of the same price or more incase your product is damaged. We will notify you once we have inspected your mail, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
